super macro friendly protein oatmeal

Good post-workout. Also easy to adjust the ingredients to fit whatever macros you need. More protein? Add more egg whites. More carbs? Add more berries. More fat? Sub in real peanut butter.
Requires a microwave only. Easy to make.
Ingredients
- oatmeal - 40 grams
- egg whites - 6 ounces
- PB2 - powdered peanut butter - 3 table spoons
- frozen blueberries
- favorite sweetener (sugar or stevia)
Instructions
- Mix 40 grams of oatmeal + 1 cup of water
- Microwave for 1 minute
- Mix in 6 ounces of egg whites.
- Microwave for 3 minutes at 80% power
- Add 3 tablespoons of PB2 (may need to add a bit of water at this step)
- Add 50 grams of frozen blue berries
- Mix
- Not sweet enough? Add a bit of your favorite sweetener.
